The Telemarketer Representative plays a central role in the relationship between the company and its customers. As a key contact by telephone, they contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality sales service.
His main responsibilities include :
- Receive incoming calls and record customer orders.
- Contact customers based on established lists to present products/services.
- Identify needs, advise customers, and propose additional sales.
- Check product availability and follow up on orders.
- Actively contribute to the quality of customer service (order taking, assistance, support).
- With excellent communication skills, you know how to build trust with your contacts. Rigorous, organized, and results-oriented, you combine efficiency with a sense of service.
- Experience in telesales or a call center is an asset, but not essential. Knowledge of the sector (to be adapted, e.g., bakery, pastry shop or food) is a plus. Fluency in French is required; knowledge of Dutch is appreciated.
